Sometimes, we find it an up hill battle to be positive and optimistic in this big wicked world. But attitude changes everything.
It all starts with just a single step whereby we change our negative thoughts into positive ones. Instead of thinking that you can't do something because it's difficult, tell yourself that it's a challenge worth taking. Because if you succeed, it will be a real self confidence booster. And if you fail, at least you'll be content knowing that you tried.
Like they say, a bad attitude is like a flat tire. If you don't change it, you'll never go any where. So, the next time you feel a bad thought coming, fight it back with a positive thought. For example, If you feel you're not good enough, tell yourself that you're not perfect and no one else is. We all have weaknesses and insecurities that we fight everyday. The key is to accept and be ourselves but also striving to be better versions of ourselves.
Remember this, a good attitude gives you power over your circumstances and not your circumstances having power over you.
